One of the components of analysis for the demand of investments is the level of urbanization. The world is rapidly relocating to cities; over half of the world’s population lives in cities today. China is quickly approaching the global average judging from the graph below though, some months ago the government officially declared to have crossed the “equator”. Over half of the Chinese are living in cities. India is ahead of all the rest: there is great demand for infrastructural investments which would be an economic growth driver for the country in the nearest future.
